Founded by two executive coaches — one with decades inside Fortune 50 boardrooms, one with decades of deep embodiment practice — we work with high-achievers already in motion, ready for the next level.

Kelly Ferraro

Kelly spent two decades building brands, businesses, and teams at Whole Foods Market, Meta, Ogilvy, and Anomaly — leading nine-figure media investments, high-growth partnerships, and teams through periods of transformation. As a coach, she works with executives and entrepreneurs navigating what’s next, helping women turn experience and ambition into businesses, platforms, and meaningful new chapters. Her own work spans entrepreneurship, fundraising, and community building, including launching programs for women leaders and mobilizing six-figure fundraising efforts for public education. A speaker and certified coach through Lightyear, BetterUp, and Stagen, Kelly believes the most powerful growth begins when you stop following someone else’s blueprint and start trusting your own.

Leah Cullis

Leah led yoga on the White House lawn for eight consecutive years during the Obama administration, appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal, and authored the internationally published Power Yoga: Strength, Sweat & Spirit. As a Coach and Integrative Wellbeing Specialist at Miraval Austin, she leads immersive experiences for executives and high-achievers seeking to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and vitality. She has spent over two decades at the intersection of yoga, Ayurveda, and wisdom traditions, bringing lineage and reverence to her work with women navigating burnout, identity, and deep reinvention. Her work is rooted in a simple belief: energy, intention, and embodied practice are the path back to your most vibrant life.

WHY WE'RE HERE

Out of fifty people in our global certification cohort, we found each other — and discovered we’d been neighbors all along. It felt less like coincidence than recognition.

We come to leadership from different places: strategy and embodiment, doing and being, energy and grounding. Together, those perspectives create a fuller way of coaching — one that honors both the person you are and the person you are becoming.
