Kelly Ferraro

Kelly spent two decades building brands, businesses, and teams at Whole Foods Market, Meta, Ogilvy, and Anomaly — leading nine-figure media investments, high-growth partnerships, and teams through periods of transformation. As a coach, she works with executives and entrepreneurs navigating what’s next, helping women turn experience and ambition into businesses, platforms, and meaningful new chapters. Her own work spans entrepreneurship, fundraising, and community building, including launching programs for women leaders and mobilizing six-figure fundraising efforts for public education. A speaker and certified coach through Lightyear, BetterUp, and Stagen, Kelly believes the most powerful growth begins when you stop following someone else’s blueprint and start trusting your own.

Leah Cullis

Leah led yoga on the White House lawn for eight consecutive years during the Obama administration, appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal, and authored the internationally published Power Yoga: Strength, Sweat & Spirit. As a Coach and Integrative Wellbeing Specialist at Miraval Austin, she leads immersive experiences for executives and high-achievers seeking to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and vitality. She has spent over two decades at the intersection of yoga, Ayurveda, and wisdom traditions, bringing lineage and reverence to her work with women navigating burnout, identity, and deep reinvention. WHY WE'RE HERE

Two different paths. One shared belief.

We came to this work from different worlds: one rooted in corporate leadership, strategy, and navigating life's many transitions; the other in movement, embodiment, and the deeper work of self-discovery.

Along the way, we recognized a shared truth: professional success and personal fulfillment don't always grow together. And too often, the support available to ambitious women addresses one without the other.

When we met during a global coaching certification program—only to discover we'd been neighbors all along—we recognized an opportunity to do things differently.

What if leadership development didn't require separating the woman from the leader?

We created EMRGE to bring together the perspectives, practices, and support we wish we'd had along the way—an integrated approach that honors ambition and wellbeing, strategy and embodiment, doing and being.
